With over six years of banking experience, I’ve excelled in various roles, including streamlining transaction flows in the accounting system department and consistently surpassing performance targets as a Relationship Manager in Consumer Credits. I have a great interest in data analytics and recently I have completed a Full-Stack Data Analyst program at Revou, gaining proficiency in Root Cause Analysis, Python, SQL, spreadsheet analysis, and Tableau. Credit Card Application for Existing Customers

context

In this era, it is really easy to take a loan, one of the most used loan product from the financial institutions is a credit card. Credit card is really easy to use by the customers, which means will generate profits more faster for the bank.

Problems

As for the last six months, the Bank did not shown significant growth in the profits. Based on the last analysis, the cause of the problem is because the loan is not growing significantly. To manage the problem, the management decide to offer credit card to our existing customers.

Metodhology

In this project I’ve used the spreadsheet and python to clean the dataset and the analyze the data using the python. After that, I’ve provide the result of the analysis in the dashboard made with tableau.
